Exchange Policy

At Elanore, we take pride in offering only the finest luxury products. Due to the exclusive nature of our items, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, we understand that there may be rare occasions where an exchange is necessary.

Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, and only under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact

• The item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered

• The item must be eligible for exchange as stated in the product description at the time of purchase

Please note that limited edition items, sale items, and certain personal products may not be eligible for exchange.

Process

To request an exchange, please ensure your item meets the conditions above. Once your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and arranging the replacement. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect upon delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our policy criteria.
